FAQ

Answers for buyers & engineers.

The questions procurement teams ask us most before sending a drawing.

Direct line

Talk to an engineer

Questions about materials, tolerances or lead times? Reach our engineering team directly.

What materials can you machine?
We work with engineering-grade metals and plastics — aluminium (6061, 7075), steel, stainless steel (304, 316L, 17-4PH), brass, copper and a broad range of engineering plastics (Delrin/POM, PEEK, Nylon, PTFE, ABS) — chosen to match the strength, weight and finish your part requires.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes. We respect your intellectual property and are glad to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before you share any drawings or sensitive details.
Do you ship to the USA and Europe?
Yes. We are an export-focused manufacturer and deliver precision components to buyers across the USA, Europe and worldwide, with clear English communication and full export documentation throughout.
Which file formats do you accept for a quote?
Send your CAD files as STEP (.stp), IGES (.igs), Parasolid (.x_t), or a dimensioned 2D PDF drawing with tolerances, together with the quantity you need, and we will reply with a quote promptly.
Can you make both prototypes and production parts?
Yes. We cover everything from a single rapid prototype to low-volume bridge runs and full production runs under one roof.
